Rotating an Object
Having a very difficult time. I have read every article and have been at it for days (desktop and Oculus) to only try and rotate an image. I am trying so many ways with rotating the object outside this am so I had to import and export it so many time I used up my license. I am ready to throw the towel on this tool. My object came into the scene laying down I want to rotate it and stand it up THAT IS ALL.

Thanks for your feedback Ilan,
We agree that itβs difficult to control the rotation of imported images. The current workflow is to use your VR controller after placing the image, pick it up with your controller, and adjust it to the angle you need. see Move/rotate
I also added some extra references to this on Import images and drawings. Did you have difficulty selecting and moving the image objects with your controller interaction point, or did you encounter any other issues while working with your images?
Flat, thin objects in Arkio are currently harder to move by hand, and we plan to improve this in future updates.

I can move away and to me I can resize no problem but can not rotate. With VR and using hand, controller right left you name it.

Are you maybe using your Grip buttons to pan/scale/rotate yourself instead of the trigger buttons to pick up the geometry in your scene?

I tried both in both hands used trigger and also when I click the side button I see the move/rotate but it is not doing anything. Click, hold and try to do the same and in none of these the object actually rotates just moves up or down or right and left. In all options I actually click and see the highlights on the object so I am definitely doing this change to the object.

In that case, it sounds like you are using the move tool by laser on the picture. Moving by laser (or by mouse in non-vr) keeps the object in the same rotation and only allows 45-degree rotations around its axis using the thumbstick.
Try deselecting your active move tool on that controller, then reach in all the way and touch the picture using your controller's interaction point. It should highlight the picture so you can pick it up and rotate it in any direction. Controller point interactions normally override the active tool in your hand, but flat images are a bit harder to grab than solid Arkio geometry.
