Johan is Co-founder & Head of Product at Arkio. He was trained as an architect and engineer and strongly believes that immersive technologies will make our design tools more intuitive, collaborative and fun! Prior to Arkio Johan was developing his own tools and new design technologies at Mecanoo architects. Recognition of his work made him a frequent speaker at industry conferences around the world.

Import from Unity changes geometry

Hi @digib_rit What might be going wrong here is the Unity scene you are trying to import to Arkio contains extremely distorted/scaled cube meshes. The Arkio Unity exporter only supports exporting prefabs and game objects that are uniform-scaled.

Baked Map from Unity

Hi, our Unity plugins currently only export your scene’s geometry and main embedded texture to Arkio. Advanced material maps or Unity-specific features like baked shadow maps, lighting, or particles are currently not exported.
