# Textures from unity to arkio

## post by Thomas_Gerbault on Nov 17, 2025

Hy, i have a question about the export from unity to Arkio.

In fact when i export my map with the textures from unity, it’s seems that they don’t appear on Arkio as the walls are all white.

is there something i didn’t do right ?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to our forums, Thomas.

Arkio’s Unity plugin converts your Unity scene to a GLB file for Arkio. You can also inspect this file for any missing textures at \\Documents\\Arkio\\Import\\Unity\

Only standard Unity materials/shaders are exported by the plugin, so if you’re using different materials/shaders in your project, they might need to be changed first. You can learn more about the Unity plugin and other known issues on [our support page](https://support.arkio.is/hc/en-us/articles/4848060548113-Unity-Arkio)

If you like, we can also have a look at your exported files to see what the problem might be. You can contact us at support@arkio.is
