@theredmage, sorry for the delay in getting back to ya! We needed to pick at this edge condition a bit more, but a solution has (potentially) come to life 🎉 We are suspecting that the desktop version of Arkio you have might have been installed through the Meta Quest desktop app, which is not updating correctly.
The investigation continues!
Ah this helps a good deal and I think I know what the issue is, so put that Rift S back on the shelf. With the trial license, it only supports 1 device running at a time. It is a floating license so you can assign it to multiple machines but it will boot you out if there’s an attempt to access with another.
@theredmage, could you also give me a sense of what your setup was? It would be good to know what devices you’re using (desktop, headset, etc) and how it’s running on your machine.

Jeez, that’s a tough file to jump into as a non architect. ‘.bimx’ and ‘.fbx’ are not supported in Arkio, but it’s somewhat close. If you can convert those to ‘.obj’ or ‘.gltf’ you will be good to go!
